There's a new writer in town...
In keeping up with her K curriculum, my Summer started writing on her own just a few days before Halloween. Here she is sitting in her desk feeling very independent. She keeps her own diary. I couldn't look at her without smiling. There is something so sweet about watching your child write her first words. Summer just writes now like it's no big deal. I happen to think it's a big deal and very, very sweet. The cutest thing was that you could tell she felt as proud as she looked. She's a keeper.
